Stuck? Skip the letters and send your case to people who do this every day.
We'll handle it for youFacebook shows the appeal inside the suspension screen when you log in. Your text goes into a free-text box after you confirm your identity. These templates fit that box.

Notes
- Facebook gives a window to disagree with a suspension. Don't wait: write it the same day you see the notice.
- If both your Facebook and Instagram went down together, they're linked in Accounts Center; see UnbanPro's guide on both accounts disabled at once.
How Facebook's suspension screen works
- Log in. The suspension notice appears with a countdown and a Disagree with decision button.
- Facebook sends a code to your email or phone.
- You may be asked for a video selfie or an ID upload.
- A text box asks for extra context. This is where your template goes.
- You'll see "We're reviewing your appeal" and get an email when it's decided.
When to switch to a firmer letter
If the review comes back negative, or nothing happens after a reasonable wait, write a firm or legal-notice letter and send it by email and tracked post. In the EU, also look at Appeals Centre Europe.
Questions people ask
Can I appeal a Facebook suspension without logging in?
No. The appeal sits behind the login. If you can't log in because you were hacked, recover the account first at facebook.com/hacked.
What if Facebook keeps asking me to confirm my identity?
Use an ID whose name matches the profile, in good light. If the loop continues, write the identity-loop template and send it with your follow-up.
