Ad account disabled

Restricted from advertising (personal profile)
Hello, my profile was restricted from advertising on [date]. I manage ads for [business]. I have not circumvented any restrictions or created duplicate accounts. Please review my advertising access. Thank you.
Payment / unusual activity
Hello, ad account [ID] was flagged after a payment issue on [date]. The card ending in [last four] belongs to [name/business], and the balance has been settled. Please restore delivery. Thank you.
Attach
- Business registration or a utility bill in the business name
- Website with matching name and contact details
- Invoice from your payment method (never a full card number)

What gets ad appeals approved
- A website with the same business name, contact details and a real product
- A payment method in the business's or the admin's name
- Two-factor turned on for every admin
- No ads that promise results, before-and-after claims or sensational wording
Common mistakes
- Creating a new ad account straight away. Meta can treat that as working around a restriction.
- Appealing from a personal profile that is itself restricted. Fix the profile first.
- Appealing several assets at once with different stories. Keep one consistent explanation.
